If your order was placed after 2pm on a business day, then please allow an additional business day for shipping to occur. i.e. if you placed your order at 4pm on Monday, please allow until the evening of the next business day (Tuesday), for shipping to occur. If you placed your order on the weekend, please allow until the evening of Monday for shipping to occur.
If you placed your order before 2pm on a business day, and the item was showing in stock, but you have not received any tracking information by the following business day, this could be for the following reasons:
- The tracking email might be in your spam folder. In that case, log in to your RamCity account, and check if the tracking information has been uploaded.
- The tracking information was not received by the carrier, or arrived late and has not been uploaded yet. If that's the case, wait until after 12pm the following business day for the tracking information to be uploaded. If you still don't see it, then please get in touch.
- The item was very low in stock, or was not in it's proper location, and didn't ship. If that's the case, we'll be in touch to let you know there is a problem and work out a solution.
- There could be a compatibility problem and we've tried to contact you by phone or email to work it out, but not been successful so your order is on hold. Please check your email and voicemail.
If none of the above applies to you, then please contact us as soon as you can so we can investigate.
