If you find that the Collect option is not available in the cart or checkout, this can be for one of two reasons:
1. You are not currently logged in, or have not yet selected a suburb and postcode. This is required so that the system can calculate all of the shipping options available. See the short video below for instructions:
2. If that's not the issue, then it's because we don't currently have one or more of the items in your cart at our main warehouse in Pinekenba, which is the only place we can offer pickup from. In that case, we recommend you choose a shipping method, or you can contact us to request the stock be made available for pickup.
