For same day shipping, please place your order before 2pm on business days. If the item is in stock, we will ship it the same day and email you the tracking details later in the evening. Live stock levels are shown on every product page on our website.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We have a standard shipping rate for all orders of $12.90. This is the premium next day Express Post with Australia Post. Yes, they deliver to PO Boxes.

Our standard courier is Australia Post next day Express Post. It is a premium service.
Express Post is promoted by Australia Post as a Guaranteed Next Day Delivery*. The limitations of this service are below.
Deliveries occur only Monday - Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
Limited to postcodes within the Next Day network (see table below).

Shipping of Batteries
Due to carrier restrictions, batteries cannot be shipped by Air. Therefore the only shipping option for orders containing a battery or battery upgrade kit is by Road Freight with Australia Post, and always ships from Pymble Sydney. This usually takes around 2-7 business days for delivery.
Weekend deliveries
Sorry, we are not able to offer weekend deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays at the moment. Occasionally we find that Australia Post will deliver on a Saturday, but it's not a guaranteed service.
International Shipping to New Zealand and the Rest of the World
International shipping via EMS Courier outside of Australia is available to New Zealand and most other countries, we are working on new shipping rates for the website. Please call for cost. Note, you are responsible for all import charges to your own country. Please contact your local customs office if you are uncertain if additional fees or charges apply when you order electronic goods from overseas.

Collect or Pick Up options
All our stock is at our Pymble NSW office.
Collections are available from this location once the payment is cleared and the order checked for compatibility. Please call to confirm product is in stock and available.
Notes
- Online tracking is available for all services. We will email you the details very shortly after the consignment number is issued, usually before the close of the business day.
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, excluding public holidays.
- We provide the option for an Authority to Leave to the shipping company. If you select this option in the checkout, if the delivery address is unattended, the driver is instructed to leave the parcel in a safe place.
- Please allow an additional business day if your order is placed after 2:00pm Sydney time.
