If the tracking number and link you have been emailed is not working yet, don't worry! Our system issues tracking numbers as soon as they are generated, but it can take a while for the details to become live on the carrier website.
Generally speaking, it's best to wait until around 8pm in the evening, by which time the first scan should have occurred, showing that your order has been picked up.
If your tracking is still not active by lunch time the day after we emailed you with the details, then please contact us and we'll investigate.
